Extruded Acrylic Mirror is a strong and durable material. Our mirrors are made from Perspex®, a high-quality brand of acrylic sheeting. Plastic mirrors are not only half the weight of glass but also exceptionally shatter-resistant, making them suitable for use around children, in playhouses and in vanities.
We offer cut to size Perspex® silver mirrors, including large plastic mirrors, in any shape you might imagine. We can also supply more unique choices, in our safety range, such as Gold, Red, Blue, Green, Pink, and Orange.
The reflective surface of a Perspex® mirror is achieved through a vacuum metallising process with aluminium. This results in a spectacularly faithful, gorgeously reflecting surface. Each mirror panel is made from a durable, extruded acrylic sheet and is additionally protected by an exceptionally tough backing and further secured with a paper cover.
Perspex® mirrors are a popular material to use around children because they beautifully reflect the world while being safe and fun. If a plastic mirror ever breaks, it will not shatter like a traditional mirror, making clean-up easy and safe.
You can easily design the shape of your mirror to look like your child’s favourite animated character. Perspex® mirrors offer excellent value with a fantastic look and can be enjoyed for hours of playtime.
Our mirrored Perspex® sheeting is available in a 3 mm thickness. Full mirrored sheets measure 2440 mm x 1220 mm, and you can buy a plastic mirror cut to any size or shape.
We use various professional tools to cut and fabricate our gold mirror plastic panels, ensuring you get the best result. All mirror sheeting can be polished to two standards, depending on your preference.
We offer acrylic mirror shapes and acrylic mirror frames, large and small, in any quantity you need. We can drill holes in reflective gold sheets, at any distance and size. We can also round the corners of your panel.
If you are interested in a Bespoke service, we can tailor your plastic mirror sheet to your exact requirements.
Once you decide to fit your mirror, make sure to peel the protective film off. Do not remove the secure paper backing.
When installing the mirror, securing it to a flat, rigid surface, such as MDF, is essential. This will ensure there is no distortion of the image. For the best outcome, we recommend using the services of a professional fitter.
Because acrylic material is strong, easy to work with, and lightweight, extruded gold mirrors can be effortlessly fitted into various spaces, always meeting your needs.
All mirrored Perspex® sheets are covered with two protective films, one on each side, to keep them safe during handling and transport. As a result, you can securely store your plastic sheet until you are ready to use it. Additionally, we protect each sheet with foam corner protectors and secure outer packaging for your peace of mind.
We have standard and express delivery options, for those time-sensitive orders. Your sheeting is always with you when needed the most.
If your sheet should ever get scratched, you can use an acrylic cleaner or polisher to bring it back to its glory. Additionally, Perspex® panels can be buffed to remove any marks your sheet might sustain over its extended use.
