Strong Perspex® Disc
Perspex® acrylic discs are up to 20 times stronger than glass and excel in both outdoor and indoor settings. Plastic sheets are resistant to impact, scratching, heat and chemicals. A cut to size acrylic disc won’t shatter into dangerous shards, making it safe to use around children or pets.
Clear and colour plastic discs offer good electrical insulation and flame and heat-resistant, having a Class 3 or 4 Fire Rating, depending on thickness.
Polycarbonate is an excellent, virtually unbreakable type of plastic sheeting, capable of withstanding substantial impact. Polycarbonate discs are 200 times stronger than comparable glass discs. Polycarbonate has a Class 1 fire rating, and is chemical-resistant. Cut to size polycarbonate discs are ideal for socket covers, consoles, and machine protectors.
